This course takes place in a unique setting that is perfect for vocal sound healing and because there is only room for a maximum of 20 participants.
Introduction to the course
There is a great need for Vocal Wellness in our world. Since research in the area is minimal, Githa Ben-David has taken steps to provide a course in Vocal Wellness based on her five books and 38 years of practical work in the field. Those who have already completed their training, as well as students, contribute through their results to practical research in the work with The Note from Heaven, which is based on, among other things, free singing and sound scanning both in physical presence and via telephone and internet. Thus, Githa recommends clients to the trained based on the results they have with their treatments. Some voices are particularly good at healing tinnitus, other pelvic problems or bone fractures, depression, stress…. It becomes clear quickly when you get started.
That is why we also do 2×1/2 hour daily online Vocal Wellness treatments, where the trained sound therapists are offered to participate in small groups. The Note from Heaven is based on devotion to sound, where the singer’s ‘true’ expression unfolds, i.e. you give space to be authentic, with the result that the sound of the voice becomes overtone-filled and touches the heart. The phenomenon is described in Githa’s trilogy “The Ultimate Book on Vocal Sound Healing”. The goal of the training is for the participants to release the healing qualities of their voice. No two voices are the same. We work from a gracious and empathetic method, where the truth as a well-considered response is paramount. This training course takes place in unique surroundings, which are perfect for Vocal Wellness, because there is only room for a maximum of 20 participants and because the spring water on site is completely clean and has healing qualities. In addition to Githa Ben-David, Merete Vestergaard is a teacher on the course.
Molino del Rey
Molino Del Rey is a tiny Paradise and is a work of life created by Anthony Arnold (Englishman) who himself has built the place up and there is a wealth of details, small sculptures and mosaics created by his wife, Lidia who is a yoga teacher and is doing massage treatments as well. Molino del Rey has existed for more than 25 years. The scenery is unique and the spring water pure and healing – you can drink it straight. Here you can find a private cozy corner with a wide view of the mountains, or sing in the rock caves, where the lights are dimmed. The pool is filled with spring water and only salt is added – nothing else. The water, the acoustics and the beauty of this place complement the effect of Vocal Wellness in the best way. Hiking is recommended to integrate the effect of sound into the body. There are walks through orange, cherry, avocado and lemon groves and further out into the beautiful mountain landscape or down to a small waterfall where you can swim.
Language
The training will be conducted in English as there are international participants.
Transportation between Malaga Airport and Molino del Rey:
A Mini-bus is arranged at 2 pm Sunday the start day of the course. The price is included (only for 2 PM minibus). The trip to Molino Del Rey takes a small hour.
A taxi costs about 95 € one way.
The minibus returns Sunday seven days after: 8:30 AM. Arriving to Malaga Airport at 9.30 AM (Cet)
Price and payment
The price for teaching on the weekly course is a deposit of 1750 DKK (including 25% VAT), which is paid to secure your place and confirm your registration. Then the remaining amount of 5000 DKK (including VAT) is paid two months before the start of the course.
Refund in case of cancellation
Refund of the course fee is only possible if you/we find a suitable person who can take over your place – in that case, your cancellation will cost a deposit of 1750 DKK in administration costs. In the event of Covid or other serious reason, participation in the course can be postponed to a new date.

Your stay will include half-board well-prepared vegetarian food (breakfast at 10.00 am and dinner at 6.00 pm). For lunch, leftovers are offered, but officially there is no lunch.
There are few rooms so the participants sleep in double rooms. There are two single rooms in case anybody snors. All rooms have direct access to their own bathroom.
Prices: Twin room, with 2 single beds, per person 116 Euro pr night including vegetarian food, tea, snacks (9 of these rooms available).
The content of a week course
6-7 hours daily training:
Day 1: The Note from Heaven.
Day 2: Instruction in The Note from Heaven.
Day 3: Sing yourself free/Regressive Cell-singing.
Day 4: Regressive Cell-singing with regression.
Day 5: Healing/Vocal Sound Scanning.
Day 6: Vocal Sound Scanning.
Day 7: Combination of treatments and summing up. Ends 8:30 PM
Example of a one day schedule
A day might look like this:
7.00-8.30 am: Free Yoga meditation. Breathing exercises, Warm up, Hung song, Sa Re Gha song
8.45-10.00 am: The Note from Heaven, Choir of Vocal Wellness
10.00 am: Breakfast.
11.15-12.15 am: Introduction to the group work of the day.
12.30-1.30 pm: Group work/teaching.
1.30 pm: common evaluation.
2.00 pm: Lunch (vegetarian).
FREE TIME
3.30-6.00 pm: Free Practise time (closed windows)/hiking/swimming in the waterfall
6.00 pm: Dinner.
Evening:
7.15 -8.15 Pm Lecture
Homework between courses: Sing The Note from Heaven, group work, sound therapy with friends and clients. Free online meeting the last Thursday in each month 8-9 PM (cet).
Compulsory reading
The books are not included in the course fee.
