Introduction to the training
There is a great need for Vocal Wellness in our world. Since research in the field is minimal, Githa Ben-Davids has taken steps to provide a certified training in Vocal Sound Therapy based on her five books and 37 years of experience in the field. Those who have already completed their training, as well as course participants, contribute through their results to conducting practical research in the work with the Note from Heaven, which is based on, among other things, free singing and sound scanning both in physical presence and via telephone and internet. Githa thus recommends clients to the trained therapists.
The training weeks are aimed at mainly Sound Therapists but also for a few Patients wishing to undergo treatment/self-treatment. A three-week stay is recommended, as it takes 21 days to detoxify the body and all meridians are examined in the last two weeks. We prefer participants to attend all three weeks. However, if there is space available, we are happy to accommodate stays of 1 or 2 weeks.

The education/retreats are intended for 10-20 students per week, mainly Sound Therapists, but also patients wishing for treatment/self-treatment can join. The three weeks is meant as a turbo-education for Sound Therapists/treatment for patients, as the 12 basic meridians as well as the 8 extra Ordinary Vessels for Psycho Emotional Pain are presented in top of the basic education.
The Education in Vocal Sound Therapy is based on Githa Ben-David’s methods described in her book “The Ultimate Book on Vocal Sound Healing”, “Heal the Pineal” and “Help – a personal story of detoxing heavy metals”. In short it is about “The Note from Heaven” – surrendering to Oneness through singing, and the use of Hung Song (inner undertones), which is used as a vocal sound-scanning tool and to activate meridians. The sound healing is resonating perfectly with the pure energised water and the lovely atmosphere in beautiful Molino Del Rey. Since we have profound results, there is no need to say more than this. Price for the Education
You can choose one week (6000 kr + 25% VAT (7500 kr) two weeks (10,000 kr + 25% VAT (12,500) ) or optimally three weeks for (12,000 kr + 25% VAT (15,000)). The prices are tuition/the course and 25% VAT applies to Danes/varies in relation to other countries’ VAT rates.
In addition, there is payment for board and lodging (vegetarian/vegan food) at Molino Del Rey approx. 6000 kr per week in a double room. Payment is made directly to Molino Del Rey in advance to their account, it does not go through us. However, we will make sure to book your room. This means that a 3-week retreat will cost 12,000 kr + (VAT) + approx. 18.000 kr in total = 30,000 kr (ex VAT) plus your travel. The three-week retreat can be purchased on the website. Payment for the course for 1 and 2 weeks is paid by bank transfer to: Githa Ben-David’s account: IBAN DK2553810000429464 SWIFT: ALBA DKKK Arbejdernes Landsbank, Soendergade 15, 8000 Aarhus C, Denmark after further agreement with Githa regarding space and registration. Prices for Molino Del Rey
Double room, where there are 2 single beds, per person €116 per night (8 pcs. of this room type).
Deluxe King suite with double bed, per person €128 per night (1 pc. of this room type). As a single room €175 per night.
Single room, per person €140 per night (2 of this type of room – especially allocated to people who snore or have trouble sleeping)

Cancellation/Refund
Refund of the course fee is only possible if you/we find a suitable person who can take over your place – in that case your cancellation will cost a deposit of 1500 kr in administration costs. In extraordinary cases, course participation can be postponed to a new date.
Transport between Molino Del Rey and Malaga Airport
A minibus is arranged from Malaga Airport Sunday at 2 PM to Molino Del Rey, Jorox near Alozaina. Meeting point is Café Santa Maria not inside, but to the right when you exit the airport – walk 100 meters. The cafe has a red sign. The cost is €15 each way, payable in cash on arrival. The driver is Miguel Angeles, he is a sweet guy, drives calmly and is always punctual. He speaks English and is standing at the cafe Santa Maria on the right, outside the airport entrance (not the one inside the departure hall). If you land later, you can arrange a taxi yourself, which is significantly more expensive, about €90-95.
Another option is to rent a car at the airport. If there are fewer than 7 people, a local taxi will be taken at your own expense. If you are driving yourself, please park before the bridge over the river and walk down to Molino Del Rey, which is located at the bottom of a very steep, narrow road (keep left along the river)
Molino Del Rey
Is a yoga retreat centre with a big hall with great sound. The place is uniquely built into the mountain by the owner Anthony, who is interested in sound healing himself. His Ukrainian wife, Lidiya, has decorated the rooms, rock caves, small nooks, benches etc. with the finest mosaics. Here you can find your own cozy corner with a wide view of the mountains, or sing in the rock caves, where there is dim lighting and no one can hear you. The retreat center is bubbling with running spring water, which you can drink directly from. The pool is filled with spring water and only salt is added – nothing else.
The water, acoustics and beauty of this place complement Vocal Wellness in the best way. Hiking is highly recommended. There are one-hour tours that go through orange, avocado and lemon groves and further out into the most beautiful mountain landscape or to a small lake with a waterfall. There are many stairs and steep roads.
Food
The food is well-cooked vegetarian food (breakfast at 10:00 and dinner at 18:00). Leftovers and a fresh salad are served for lunch. Bring some snacks as there are no shops in Jorox.
Accommodation is available on Sundays at 15:30 and classes start at 17:00.
The course ends next Sunday with breakfast and departure by minibus at 8:30 AM arriving at Malaga Airport at 9:30 AM

The Daily Rhythm
In general 6 -7 hours teaching/healing/group-work a day plus free practice, Sundays free except for evening lesson.
7-7.30 AM Individual stretch, meditation, Yoga (free choice). Big hall.
7.30-9.30 AM Warm up, The Note from Heaven, Vocal Sound healing, Sa Re Gha – In week II and III activation of the meridians of the day. Big hall.
9.30-10 AM Draw the meridians, add eventual comments…
10.00 AM Breakfast
11.15-12.15 PM Theory in the color cave.
12.30-13.30 PM Group work in singing and sound healing/activation of meridians of the day.
13.30-14.00 PM Sharing. Big hall.
14:00 PM Lunch
14-16 PM Silence. Free time. Swimming in the spring water, tracking, relaxing…integrating the sound work.
16-17.45 PM Practice, sound healing, online sessions are a possibility.
18.00 PM Dinner
19.15-20.30 PM Evening session, deep relaxation, choir work or meditation/ Week II and III presentation of the new meridians for tomorrow followed my Hung song meditation.
Sundays
– are free in the daytime for practice or restitution. We will say good bye to the ones who might leave in the morning. We gather Sundays in the evening at 7.15-8.30 PM
General content in the three Education weeks:
There is continuous work with The Note from Heaven and vocal sound therapy/healing supplemented by simple detoxification methods in all three courses. The meridians are activated using the Hung Song and integrated into the daily Sound Healing Work.
Two meridians are presented a day in week II and III, therefore it will be great for you to have the webinars to support you before and or afterwards.

Education in Vocal Sound Therapy with focus on Hung Song Activation of the 12 Main Meridians.
They will be introduced in the evening and worked with in the lessons until lunch the next day.

Monday: Introduction of Lung, Large Intestine
Tuesday: Introduction of Liver, Gallbladder
Wednesday: Introduction of San Jiao, Pericardium
Thursday: Introduction of Bladder, Kidney
Friday: Introduction of Heart, Small Intestine
Saturday: All 12 basic Meridians
The 16th-23rd of Nov: Week III
Education in Vocal Sound Therapy with focus on Hung Song Activation of the 8 Extraordinary Vessels and Psycho Emotional Pain.
The meridians are introduced in the evening and worked with in the lessons until lunch next day.
Sunday: Introduction of the Chong Meridian
Monday: Introduction of the Ren Meridian
Tuesday: Introduction of the Du Meridian
Wednesday: Introduction of the Yin and Yang Wei Meridians
Thursday: Introduction of the Yin and Yang Qiao Meridians
Friday: Introduction of the Dai Mai Meridian
Saturday: All 8 Extra Ordinary Vessels/Meridians
Structure of the Training
The form of the Training in Vocal Sound Therapy is based on blocks of 7-day courses, where there are a maximum of 20 participants (at Molino Del Rey) on each course. All weekly basic courses have the same structure with individual consideration for the needs and level of the participants except for the meridian courses, which differ in content. These courses are also included in the training and will soon be integrated as a permanent part of the training, which will be based on the individual’s ability and results rather than on how many weekly courses you have.
It is our experience that you must have a minimum of 4 weekly Basic Education Courses before you are ready to be a Vocal Sound Therapist. Online weekly courses are on an equal footing with the physical courses. However, in order to take the exam, you must have participated in at least one physical course. It is recommended to participate both physically and online, as both course formats have advantages. For example, you learn to treat over the internet or by phone in online courses. This gives flexibility in terms of practicing and meeting after the course, for example once a week. In addition, you will be able to treat clients from all over the world.
Basic Books
Githa Ben-David’s books – ‘The Ultimate Book on Vocal Sound Healing’ and ‘Help’ (detox) and “Heal the Pineal” – are not included in the course price.
