Regardless of what happens and where we are, we can lift each other up with the right Vocal Sound Scanning methods, just as we can learn to lift ourselves and thus those closest to us in difficult times. Here is a presentation with a suggestion how.
For the past year I, Gihta, have daily activated the 8 Extra Ordinary Meridians with “Hung Song”. These meridians stand for restoring contact with your original Dan-tien, your core, DNA, your potentials, your path in this life. Right now I am experimenting with Hung Song activation of the associated 8 Master points, which subtly support the conscious choice. Only you can choose the right path. Follow the direction where you feel comfortable. (Get up from your stretcher and walk). By activating the 8 points, you get (in my experience) an indescribable free space. You will find a deep inner peace where your organism’s inherent natural intelligence is unleashed.

Sandra’s testimonial in relation to the Yang Qiao Webinar: “I followed along with your (Githa’s) theory and hung song activation of the Yang Qiao (Extra Ordinary Vessel). I watched the recording of the Yang Qiao and it struck me how many symptoms I have been dealing with since a long time. Dream of One-Brain-Heart – Song
Collectively, we can use the contact with the inner, natural intelligence/intuition to connect with each other. This morning I had a dream: If everything breaks down one day, it would be safe to practice communicating via sound, energy, love and light. I hereby set two times daily: At 8 am and 8 pm Cest, where those who wish can meditate, chant, receive and send out sound healing to everyone who connects to our network, if some isolation, solar storms or the like occur. We can remember “8” because it is the sign of infinite.
I Githa BD will keep the net in an emergency case via “The Note from Heaven” so you know where to connect. Merete Vestergaard already has two “The Note from Heaven”- online groups on Wednesdays and Friday evenings at 8-9 Pm Cest: Here she sings The Note from heaven, goes through either a meridian or the endocrine glands and warms up with a song. On Thursday the 25th of July at 8 Pm Cest, sound therapists/students from my education will gather online. Here we will connect to all of you via the sound and practice the above mentioned with everyone who tunes in to the Note from Heaven and or Hung Song. The sound healing starts at 8.30-8.50 Pm Cest.
We create our own network and do not need any other link than tuning in to surrendering to The Note from Heaven. The gathering is an exercise in communication without the use of anything other than ourselves, which we will continue once a month if it feels right.
Important Experiences from the 3 days of Vocal Sound Scanning with Interference.
Merete Vestergaard and I did three evenings (an extra Thursday, as there was a long waiting list) with online sound scanning/interference (two voices are close together in dissonance/harmony) of 20 people per evening. Virtually all had serious diagnoses. In our evaluation and inspiration after the evenings, we/I have arrived at something that I think is very essential:
During online sound healings, I draw a body map where I write down people’s wishes/physical/psychological problems and their names. We also did that during the duo interference treatments. We had a good response, but on the third – extra evening – we refrained from mentioning people’s names, and this gave an extra boost of energy, just as the healing got shorter. I believe that the energy flows even more freely and works most strongly when both sound healers and recipients have full confidence that the body’s natural intelligence knows best and will flow where it is most needed. A bit like a river knows how to meander and suffers from being straightened out and made more efficient by human hands.
In my trilogy: “The Ultimate Book on Vocal Sound Healing”, I have several times described two examples of formulating a wish:
I wish that what is most important right now in my body, mind and life to be dissolved, transformed and healed in the best possible way, so that I am optimal healthy in all ways.(The gist of the sentences can be rephrased at will). The question implies full devotion to the belief in the higher energies within you and your body. You accept that there exists a far higher intelligence than your own.
I wish to dissolve and transform the root cause of my suffering — ex. hip pain, tumor, PTSD… in order to heal so that I am optimal healthy in all ways.
This is a personalized wish, as we have control over where we want the energy to go. The body’s intelligence is subject to our consciousness and thus our desires.
During online sound healings, I Githa find, that the energy becomes heavier when it is personalized and applied with too much will.
On the other hand, personalization eliminates the fear of loss of control in both receiver and giver. So therefore the individual must consciously choose what they feel most comfortable with.
As a Sound Healer you stay grounded by working in a form because what we are learning right now is that intention can direct energy. The fact that you, as a sound healer, hold the reins means that the recipient can safely surrender. Therefore we sound scan the body and its inner organs, systems.
It is not the Vocal Sound Scanner’s personal energy that flows through to the receivers, but a far higher power that we surrender to… activation of photons, help from the spiritual world, God, the natural forces. We each define what we believe. God has many names. The gratitude for the healings that take place must therefore also be directed to these forces within yourself. We can as vocal sound healers therefore only facilitate Sound Scans, but never know or guarantee the extent to which a cure will occur. We are though very grateful to those who have reported positive responds back to us.

“It was strong energy. The shiver in my whole body. Dizzy. I was very moved – touched. The lump in my left breast towards the center got smaller and the ones on the left disappeared (the tumors have not been diagnosed). There was a softness in the chest. The pain subsided. Stayed away for three days. I have had concussions several times. In the week after healing, I have woken up with a migraine/headache, which seems to have subsided during the day. Today I woke up free. My eyes, arms and hands and digestion are improving. Nodule, the nodules are now back (one week after the sound healing).” X
“I have felt significantly better on Friday – Saturday – Sunday, Monday, Tuesday i.e. no depressive symptoms (cryability, hopelessness, unmanageable), but have had periods of well-being 🤩🙏♥️. I get a lot of medication for the anxiety, but it is easier to handle when I don’t suffer from depression. I also get medication for depression but it takes a long time before it works. But now it seems like a turning point has happened. Looking forward to getting “a life” back. *Treatment of a man who has had tinnitus for many years in addition to sleep difficulties After the treatment, he reported back that he sleeps better and that his tinnitus is gone.
*A woman who has had pain and swollen lymph nodes in the groin. The next day: All pain was gone. Later she reported back that her sexuality had also changed (positively). I felt imbalance in her ovaries, uterus so we sound-healed that too.

“I have had pain in my feet due to arthritis for approx. 13 years old and hands hurt due to arthritis in the right hand approx. 5 years, left hand for approx. 1 year. Have had a burning pain in the back by lying on the back for approx. 2 years. The left knee has been swollen (fluid accumulation) with pain on and off for approx. 3 years. After the 1st treatment, no pain in the hands and feet and no burning pain in the back when lying on the back. During the 2nd treatment, pain in the left ankle (arthritis lump) had returned, but disappeared after this 2nd treatment. After the 2nd treatment, greater mobility in both thumb knuckles and no pain and no swelling and no pain in the knee.”
