We make reservations for price changes, typing errors and sold out items. If you as a customer have made a typing error in the e-mail address / address and therefore do not receive our products, you are responsible for this. See “return to parcel shop” below.

At you can pay with the following means of payment: Dankort / VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and Maestro.
The money will only be deducted from your account when we ship your order.
Gilalai cannot withdraw more than the amount you have approved at the time of purchase.

We use an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that it is not possible to read your information.

All amounts are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include Danish VAT. If you buy from a non-EU country, you do not pay Danish VAT, but the goods will often be subject to customs and VAT in your home country, which you must pay yourself.

Levering & Forlaget Gilalai delivers to the whole world, and we ship the order within 1-3 working days with GLS in Denmark and GLS / UPS abroad.
Unfortunately we can not send to post boxes / PO boxes (post office boxes).

Shipping in Denmark
Shipping to parcel shop for purchases under DKK 500: DKK 29. Shipping to parcel shop for purchases over DKK 500: free. Shipping to private address for purchases under DKK 1,000: DKK 49. Shipping to private address for purchases over DKK 1,000: free.

If you forgot to pick up your package and you want us to send it to you again, you will have to pay for the shipping yourself:

Shipping abroad
In countries in the EU, shipping costs DKK 69. In countries outside the EU, shipping costs DKK 99.

When purchasing physical goods on our webshop (CDs, books, essential oils, etc.), there is a 14 calendar day right of withdrawal. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or another person of your choice) receive the item in physical possession. If you have ordered several items in one order, which we will have to deliver in several installments, the cancellation period runs from you (or another person that you have chosen) receiving the last item in physical possession.
If the deadline expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the deadline will be extended to the following working day.

You can not regret your purchase by simply refusing to receive or fail to pick up the item without at the same time giving us clear notice that you regret. You regret your purchase by notifying us before the cancellation period has expired – please write to /

Unfortunately, it is not possible to return and get refunded downloads of music, audio books and e-books as well as tickets to events such as webinars, lectures, concerts, film screenings, etc .. In case of cancellation of Online education, and Teaching in workshop form, the amount can be returned up to 1 month before the start of the education. Deposit is lost or shifted to a similar event. Reimbursement, however, costs DKK 400 in administration fee.

If you have regretted the purchase of an item, your order must be returned to us no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must pay to return the item yourself.
You can not send items back by COD, without delivery or to a parcel shop.
When you return the item, you are responsible for the item being packed properly. You bear the risk of the item until we have received it. Therefore save the postal receipt and possibly track & trace number.

The condition of the item when you send it back
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item’s nature, properties and the way it works. In other words – you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store. If the item has been tried in addition to what is described above, we consider it used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item. In order to receive the entire purchase amount back, you must therefore do the same as you can in a physical store. You may test the product, but do not use it.

Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase of an item, the amount you have paid back to us will be returned. In the event of an impairment for which you are liable, this purchase amount will be deducted.
If you use your right of withdrawal, we will refund payments received from you, but not delivery costs within 14 days from the date we have been notified of your decision to cancel this agreement. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We withhold the refund until we have received the item returned.

What should I send back?
Attach a copy of the order confirmation and receipt for shipping.

You can either have the item repaired, exchanged, the money refunded or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. It is, of course, a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other harmful behavior.

Complaints must be made within 30 days after you have discovered the defect in the item. If the complaint is justified, we will reimburse shipping costs.
