April Spring Song Letter
Dear Song Interested Soul
In these times we are challenged to keep the spirit high and seek the silence in the center of the tornado of life. The birds are singing while the flower buds greet the spring light and the early violets hide humbly in the grass.
It is all about where we focus our thoughts. Most of us are living in a paradise but many people are challenged by fear, illness, wars – and how can we keep a peaceful mind when we know about all this? The farmer just came and spread manure exactly now, so I ran inside while keeping my breath. Anything can happen at any time. We have no other choice than enjoying the now.
Three days workshop in Achberg, Germany
1st -3rd of May I, Githa BD, have a course in South of Germany close to Bodensee. Scientific journalist Ulrike Granögger is arranging it/translates from English to German and Merete Vestergaard participates too. This is my only course in Germany this year. There are still a few places left. Come and sing The Note from heaven, Hung Song, heal yourself and each other in the Oneness field.

Combination of Hung Song meditation with infrared/near infrared light
Thank you for the many of you participating in the 7 Monday Sound Healings. I find that the combination of color, sound and visualization 02has a deep impact. We are all the time widening our consciousness of the incredible possibilities of frequencies. If you have access to an infrared sauna and or a near infrared light source try to do Hung Song Meditation while bathing in the light. I find the healing goes really deep in this combination.
We are some sound healers that wish to create a center for vocal sound healing and meditation. If you know the perfect place in beautiful nature with pure spring water, please let us know.
Keep centered now that all the spring forces and the galbladder/liver energy unfolds.
