Balancing through playful vocal expression
Our mental and physical state is reflected in the sound of our voice. To open the voice, we work with physical and mental, meditative singing exercises to balance the brain, body, nervous system * Amygdala Hippocampus * Brain stem * Endocrine system * Solar Plexus * Internal organs * Lymphatic system * Meridians and acupuncture points. We work from a playful attitude and are grateful when the voice and body become one.
