Voice, resonance and consciousness work together. If you focus on a specific anatomical area, the voice can be directed there and have an effect when you listen for the resonating sound.

Experience shows that it is possible to focus specifically on, for example, the Pineal gland, and stimulate it with Hung Song. Hung Song is singing on deep, nasal, inner undertones in the range of 100-200 Hz, frequencies with which you can stimulate your immune system.

This has been scientifically measured on meditating yogis and it was found that when expressing deep humming tones through the nose, increased the NO levels iby 15-20%. NO is Nitric Oxide and is compared by some scientists to Qi, life force. The Hung sound acts like a humming radio signal that produces a trauma sound (sounds like a car that has stalled) when the deep frequencies hit a physical area with weakened/stagnant energy. Next, you scan to find out which tones/vowels the body area calls for. That is why I call “my” method vocal sound scanning. You nourish an area with a low energy flow by adding energy (Hung sound and real tones) until the trauma sound disappears, and a normal energy flow is restored. When it happens it physically can feel like a tingling in the body..

The method is based on opening the voice through meditative singing on long tones on Aar, an expression that leads to a surrendering state: The Note from Heaven, which you can read more about in Githa Ben-David’s book of the same name or in her trilogy “The Ultimate Book on Vocal Sound Healing”.

International Training in Vocal Sound Therapy gives students the opportunity to unfold their voice through a present listening leading to an expression and recognition of who they truly are. The process supports participants in regaining an authentic vocal expression and, above all, experiencing that the power of their voice works through them.

The voices have their own unique sound, and are as different as our fingerprints are. Every voice carries a special gift to this world, offering a unique quality. This also applies to tone deaf people.
