Dear Sweet, Singing Souls
We sing our way into a new year, 2026, and move into an escalating spiral movement in time. Like birds, huddling in their Christmas nests we seek the presence in silence. But the news and medias bring noise of anxiety into our lives. No time is too holy for bad news.
The first thing I encountered this morning when opening the computer was the news that China has deployed robots along the borders with Vietnam. Robots that have their own lives.
After yoga, an ice bath in the garden, a coffee enema, and a trip to the infrared sauna with Hung Song with a prayer for help, I got an answer:
“When some of your students have been able to repair their electrical appliances with Hung Song – an air conditioner in the USA and a washing machine in Denmark, then you can also train yourselves to communicate with robots.”
It sounds totally crazy… but maybe it’s worth trying. Why not? Hung Song through the nose…
Anxiety of climate change: Tibetan monks can communicate with the weather locally, why shouldn’t we be able to learn to do it too? If we are humble and practice, with respect for the divine principles and only use the power when necessary.
The feeling of safety in life is all about consciousness and energy. Because the sound follows your intention and only your imagination sets the limits to what you can do. The sentence: “No, now it’s too far out…” Everything new starts with breaking boundaries. We can only open ourselves and play with it. When you experience being able to sing a tumor down so that it shrinks and or disappears over the phone over and over again, your consciousness expands. You do not believe it anymore, you know – and you start to count on the higher powers.
The higher powers are there for us all.
I have a feeling that 2026 will establish a “Center for Vocal Sound Healing”, from which we will be able to send sound healing to the whole world, the weather and robots if necessary.
A song-nest where we can nourish ourself in singing into Oneness, silence and maintain our integrity and freedom. The possibilities open up. New Collaboration
On January 25th at 10-11, Neptunes lab -a collaboration with the undersigned and the artist Kirstine Roephdorff and water, DNA researcher, quantum biologist Nikolaj Sorgenfrei Blom will start with a free event at Vejle Art Museum about water.We plan to expand the collaboration with a larger event later on.
In 2026 I have been invited to Israel, Germany, Geneva, Corsica, Seattle, London, Spain… so it’s just a matter of time to take care of the garden and give sound healings at the same time.
La Voz que Sana, will be published in Spanish probably in the end of January: It is a translation by Mercedes Henderson of The Ultimate Book on Vocal Sound Healing. First as an e-book on my own site, later maybe as a real book.

A little Christmas story from a Danish woman:
“A week before Christmas, I listened to a podcast with you (Githa BD) and Bettina Thomsen. At that time, I had been having problems with my right arm for about 2 months. I couldn’t lift … shopping bags, plates from the upper cupboard, etc. I attributed it to my age (70 years). But through the podcast I now understood the real reason. My arms react if something is wrong. I have been in a relationship breakup within the past year. During the podcast, I focused on the arm when you sang, and also tried it myself. It worked immediately and after a few repetitions I am now almost symptom-free. I heard you say that you reacted with your arms.. In fact, I had completely forgotten that I do that too!!!! Right for love and left for intuition. I remember for the following. I was visiting, at a possible new workplace. When I was standing at the entrance, my left arm went numb and I had to walk with my hand in my pocket to support my arm. When I left the place and thought I wouldn’t work there, the arm started functioning normally immediately.”
