Peace-Song-Letter

Dear Friends
Did a miracle create Peace in the Middle East? Many of us experience a relief and a hope which gives us time to heal our wounds and traumas.
At the Monday sound healing on 13.10 we sang on specific meridian points in order to change our course to break stagnation, so that all the positive in us can flow. The course that we keep with our ship through life’s journey will in most cases be avoiding the islands of traumas. Our path can be adjusted to be more straight, but it costs to face the unconscious traumas in our.
Unhealed, open wounds in our subconscious yearn to be listened to and embraced through the adult part of us.
Even overwhelming emotions can be met by ourselves simply by caring for our inner child.
The world can feel as if it is about to disintegrate, because that is how the inner child experiences it… and this painful feeling is a key to peace because it is precisely here that we, by choosing not to play the victim role and choosing the hero role, by taking the helm, can ask for love and healing for the infant. It is quite simple. Ask the higher powers for help and place one hand on the Dan tien (below the navel) and one on the heart, and give the infant all the security and love it yearns for.
At Monday sound healing the 20th of Oct we meditated on putting the child and the emotions to sleep, so that you, as the adult, can control the process.

Here is a feedback from the course with 250 people arranged by Taazumot in Israel:
“My name is Michele Hasid. I’ve attended your  seminar in Herzeliya about one month ago. On the second day during the group exercise I felt cured from my bent back posture. I can tell you that until now, my back remains straight as after your intervention. It was like a miracle that I felt as you came to me and you made some over/under tones on my spine. I want to emphasize that I was with a bent back posture for more than a year (a result of the chemo treatment of my cancer). I tried to treat that posture with a weekly massage from an osteopath and another weekly massage from a reflexologist without any success. The two therapists are now amazed to see the huge change in my back. I really want to thank you. Your intervention did a miraculous change to me and makes me feel wonderful. I am still speechless…”

An Israely organization of therapists who helps PTSD-affected soldiers/war victims has approached me to learn my methods. I think that if they can use them constructively, the work could also help PTSD-affected Palestinians, anyone who needs to sing their way out of trauma. We’ll see how it all develops.

The leader of this organisation is participating in my first course in Molino del Rey on 2-9 Nov.
As I will be gone to teach in Spain the 29th of Oct.-24th of Nov, please contact Merete Vestergaard for treatments and or weekly singing groups: 0045 209 86 209 mva6209@gmail.com
Many beautiful things are happening yes, but also incredibly deep shifts challenge us at this time
We are learning to be flexible, to lift ourselves above the old pain we face – but heros also need the help of each other.
You are not alone. We are many at the same path. A big hug for you dear.
