The Suprachiasmatic nucleus found in the edge of the hypothalamus is in charge of the Circadian rhytm and the Leading Clock which all the cells coordinate their rhythm to.  We Hung into these glands and into the third ventricle, activate Du and Ren Mai – balance them, activate the Yin Qiao meridian and meditate in Brahmas cave in the end.
