Introduction to the training
There is a great need for vocal sound therapy in our world, as voices reflect our authentic selves and therefore have a unique, deep, healing effect on our organism. Frequencies work at once as a point and a spiral movement. This fact gives our consciousness a huge power, because we chose with our intention where and how to stimulate ourself and others with our voice which connect us to the core of the basic principles of lifepower.
This two-week training is specifically aimed at therapists. We primarily prefer participants who stay for 2 weeks. In case you can only attend a single week, contact Githa Ben-David regarding whether there is space at githabendavid@gmail.com
The training/retreat is intended for 15-20 (max) students.
The first week: Training in Vocal Sound Therapy is based on Githa Ben-David’s methods, described in her trilogy:
“The Ultimate Book on Vocal Sound Healing”, “Heal the Pineal” and “Help – a personal story about chronic heavy metal poisoning and how to get rid of it”. The course is about “The Note from Heaven” – surrendering one’s self to the Oneness through song, and it is about expressing and soundscanning with Hung Song (inner undertones), which is used for sound activation of points and meridians, etc.
The second week: “Hung Song activation of the 8 Extra Ordinary Meridians” is based on Githa Ben-David’s new book: “The Body’s Inner Wisdom – Hung Song activation of the 8 Extra Ordinary Meridians”. These meridians are the first energy pathways created in the fetus and are good at dissolving and or illuminating the main cause of illness. They are also eminent for self-healing.

Prices for teaching:
Two weeks 10,000 kr + 25% VAT
One week 6000 kr + 25% VAT.
Prices for board and lodging:
Half board vegetarian/vegan meals in the morning at 10 am and in the evening at 6 pm (leftovers are kept for lunch) Price: approximately €800 +10% VAT per week for a double room with private bathroom/toilet.
In this price is included access to all Molino del Reys fascilities (caves, springs, pool, gardens, sauna, halls), since they will not house anyone else than us and give us a private space as our home, while we are there.
Booking:
The room type is booked through the registration form. We want to find the best combinations of roomies, while payment is made directly to Molino del Rey.

A two-week stay in a double room costs approximately €1600 + 10 percent VAT
Total price for a stay in a double room including tuition for two weeks: 10,000 Dkk + approximately 12,000 for board and lodging + VAT.

Individual room prices for Molino Del Rey
Double room, where there are 2 single beds, per person €116 + 10% VAT per night (8 of this room type).
Deluxe King suite with double bed, per person €128 + 10% VAT per night (1 of this room type). As a single room €175 + 10% VAT per night.
Single room, per person €153 + 10% VAT per night (2 of this type of room – specially allocated to people who snore or have difficulty sleeping).
Single room in double room, per person €164 + 10% VAT per night. (can only be booked if the course is not full).

Cancellation/Refund
Refund of the course fee is only possible if you/we find a suitable person who can take over your place – in that case your cancellation will cost a deposit of 1500 kr in administration costs. In some extraordinary cases, course participation can be postponed to a new date.
Transport between Molino Del Rey and Malaga Airport
A minibus is arranged from Malaga Airport Sunday the 25th Oct. at 2 PM to Molino Del Rey, Jorox near Alozaina. Meeting point is Café Santa Maria (not inside the airport), but to the right when you exit the airport – walk 100 meters. The cafe has a red sign. The cost of 1hour transportation to Jorox is €15 each way, payable in cash on arrival. The driver is Miguel Angeles who drives calmly and is always punctual. He speaks English and is standing at the cafe Santa Maria on the right, outside the airport entrance (not the one inside the departure hall). Some participants stay in Malaga for one-two nights before meeting at the Airport.
If you land later, you can arrange a taxi yourself, which is significantly more expensive, about €90-95.
Another option is to rent a car at the airport. If there are fewer than 7 people, a local taxi will be taken at your own expense. If you are driving yourself, please park before the bridge over the river and walk down to Molino Del Rey, which is located at the bottom of a very steep, narrow road (keep left along the river). There are about 500 meters down to Molino del Rey. We walk down with our suitcases and help each other.
Anthony and Lidiya will order the taxis for the return-trip with the local taxi driver, so that we can be fetched at the doorstep. That is Sunday the 8th of Nov. at 8:30 AM with arrival in Malaga Airport at 9:30 AM.
About Molino Del Rey
Is a yoga retreat center with a big hall build into a cave with a great resonance for singing. The place is uniquely built into the mountain by the owner Anthony, who is interested in sound healing himself. His Ukrainian wife, Lidiya, has decorated the rooms, rock caves, small nooks, benches etc. with the finest mosaics and patterns. Here you can find your own cozy corner with a wide view of the mountains, or sing in the rock caves, where there is dim lighting and no one can hear you. The retreat center is bubbling with running spring water, which you can drink directly from. The pool is spring water and only salt is added – nothing else. There is an outdoor sauna that can be lit in a cold evening.
The water, acoustics and beauty of this place complement Vocal Soundhealing in the best way. Hiking is highly recommended. There are one-hour tours that go through orange, avocado and lemon groves and further out into the most beautiful mountain landscape or to a pond with a waterfall. There are many stairs and steep roads. Inside the caves there can be bats and rats as the caves continue into the mountain. We do not see these animals, but be prepared that we are in nature. There are no mosquitoes.
Food
The food is well-cooked vegetarian food (breakfast at 10:00 and dinner at 18:00). Leftovers and a fresh salad are served for lunch. Bring some snacks as there are no shops in Jorox. There are no special diets served.
On Sundays: Accommodation for new arrivers is available at 15:30 and classes start at 17:00.
The course ends Sunday with breakfast and departure by minibus at 8:30 AM arriving at Malaga Airport at 9:30 AM

The Daily Rhythm
6 -7 hours teaching/group-work a day plus free practice, Sundays free except for evening lesson.
7-7.30 AM Individual stretch, meditation in silence, Yoga (free choice). Big hall.
7.30-9.30 Warm up, The Note from Heaven, Vocal Sound healing, Sa Re Gha – In week II activation of 1 or 2 meridians every day. Big hall.
9.30-10 Choir healing
10.00 Breakfast
11.15-12.15 Theory in the color cave or flat
12.30-13.30 Group work in singing and sound healing/sound healing the meridians of the day.
13.30-14.00 Sharing. Big hall.
14:00 Lunch
14-16 Silence. Free time. Swimming, sunbathing, tracking, relaxing…integrating the sound work.
16-17.45 Free practice, sound healing, evt. online sessions for practice are a possibility.
18.00 Dinner
19.15-20.30 Evening session, deep relaxation, choir work or meditation/ Week II and III presentation of the new meridians for tomorrow followed my Hung song meditation.
Sundays
– are free in the daytime for practice or restitution. We will say good bye to the ones who might leave in the morning. We gather Sundays in the evening at 7.15-8.30 PM
General content in the two Education weeks:
There is continuous work with The Note from Heaven and vocal sound therapy/healing supplemented by simple detoxification methods in the two weeks courses. The meridians are activated using the Hung Song and integrated into the daily Sound Healing Work.
The Eight Extraordinary Meridians are presented in week II. There are 8 edited webinars available in http://githabendavid.dk The webinars can support you before and or after the course.

Education in Vocal Sound Therapy with focus on Hung Song Activation of the 8 Extraordinary Vessels and Psycho Emotional Pain.
The meridians are introduced in the evening and worked with in the lessons until lunch next day.
Sunday: Introduction of the Chong Meridian
Monday: Introduction of the Ren Meridian
Tuesday: Introduction of the Du Meridian
Wednesday: Introduction of the Yin and Yang Wei Meridians
Thursday: Introduction of the Yin and Yang Qiao Meridians
Friday: Introduction of the Dai Mai Meridian
Saturday: All 8 Extra Ordinary Vessels/Meridians
Structure of the Training
The form of the Training in Vocal Sound Therapy is based on blocks of 7-day courses, where there are a maximum of 20 participants (at Molino Del Rey). All weekly basic courses have the same structure with individual consideration for the needs and level of the participants except for the meridian courses, which differ in content. These courses are also included in the training and are integrated as a permanent part of the training, which will be based on the individual’s results rather than on how many weekly courses you have.
It is our experience that you must have a minimum of 4 weekly Basic Education Courses before you are ready to be a Vocal Sound Therapist. Online weekly courses are on an equal footing with the physical courses. It is recommended to participate both physically and online, as both course formats have advantages. For example, you learn to treat over the internet or by phone in online courses. This gives flexibility in terms of practicing and meeting after the course. In addition, you will be able to treat clients from all over the world.
Basic Books
Githa Ben-David’s books – “The Ultimate Book on Vocal Sound Healing”, “Help” (detox) and “Heal the Pineal” – are not included in the course fee. “Hung Song Activation of The 8 Extra Ordinary Meridians” (will be published in the autumn 2026).
